Jesuit Communications (JesCom), the media arm of the Society of Jesus’ Philippine Province, is seeking an Assistant Video Production Manager to join our dynamic team. Position Overview

The Assistant Video Production Manager will support the Video Production Manager in overseeing JesCom’s video production projects. The role includes managing schedules, budgets, and teams, while fostering partnerships with external media outlets, talents, and stakeholders. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to JesCom’s mission of media evangelization and education through compelling content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing video projects from conception to delivery.
• Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Collaborate with media partners and talent to build strong relationships.
• Lead and support the video production team in day-to-day operations.
• Ensure that all content complies with industry standards and JesCom’s quality guidelines.
• Assist in the execution of special and commissioned projects.
• Support the distribution and content upload process to ensure timely delivery across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in video production or film.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong experience in budgeting and scheduling.
• Leadership potential with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
