Jesuit Communications (JesCom), the media arm of the Philippine Province of the Society of Jesus, is looking for a Marketing Development Manager (MDM)!

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans.
- Create campaigns to increase followers and engagement.
- Manage email marketing, newsletters, and website content.
- Oversee traditional media/advertising and design promotional materials.
- Plan and manage fundraising events and special campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with donors and partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- 3-5+ years of professional experience, ideally in non-profit.
- Strong content creation skills and experience with CRM and social media tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work both independently and in a team.
