The JesCom Online Shop (JOSH) celebrated a ‘joyful and #JOSHfulChristmas’ with an evening of amazing deals, awesome prizes, and musical performances for its loyal customers, last Tuesday, December 14 at the Tanging Yaman Store, Ateneo de Manila University campus.
Streamed live on the Facebook pages of JesCom (facebook.com/jescomph) and JOSH (facebook.com/joshaddtocart), the lively duo of JesCom Sales’ Roma Escaner and Jesuit Music Ministry’s Rey Malipot hosted the JOSH Live Christmas special that drew inspired song numbers from featured guests.
“Weeded: Listening for God’s Word to a Messy World” author and former Ateneo de Manila President, Fr. Jett Villarin SJ, strummed his guitar to “Put a Little Love Away”. Singing “The Work of Christmas”, “Like Jesus Loved” and “Munting Sanggol” was C5 choir’s Kelvin Galano, accompanied by Kim Dominik Sarmiento on piano. Meanwhile, virtual audiences got a sneak peek of JOSH’s very own catchy jingle that was played for the very first time.
The event also kickstarted JOSH’s seven-day Christmas sale from December 14 to 20, where customers enjoyed up to 70% off their favorite JesCom products. Among the highlighted items were the eight-instrumental piano album Lauds Bundle (Php 610), and the seven-CD Bukas Palad bundle (Php 900).
Another notable offering for the Yuletide season is the “Kape’t Pandasal: Mga Dasal sa Gitna ng Pandemia” compilation (Php 100), that gathers the reflections and prayers of Fr. Jboy Gonzales, SJ, Luis Antonio Cardinal Tagle, Fr. Nono Alfonso, SJ, Fr. Kali Llamado, and Ms. Rissa Singson-Kawpeng.
Earlier that noon, JOSH Facebook page followers were treated to a Flash Sale, with even more big discounts and other great deals.
Livestream viewers with sharer badges on Facebook, also had a chance to win exciting giveaways such as Christmas CD albums and St. Ignatius statues, during the raffle contest of JOSH Live’s year-end edition.
