JesCom Online Shop (JOSH) celebrated its second anniversary with another exciting afternoon of amazing deals, special prizes, and musical performances last October 28 at the Tanging Yaman Store, Ateneo de Manila University campus.
Dubbed “We are 2 because of You”, the energetic tandem of Roma Escaner and Rey Malipot hosted the latest edition of the JOSH Live series that launched October 29 to 31’s three-day 2nd anniversary sale.
JOSH Live also offered a flash sale with a big discount that reached up to 80% on particular items and bundled albums. Among the featured products were “Pasasalamat” and “Bagong Buhay” DVDs, Lauds instrumental CDs, Christmas CD bundles, and inspirational books such as “Gising Na! 15 Years of Kape’t Pandasal (Volume 4)” and “Via Lucis: Reflections in the Holy Land”.
Delighting audiences during the intermission, was acclaimed Jesuit composer Fr. Arnel Aquino SJ, whose piano melodies for “Nauna na Kitang Mahalin” were accompanied by Rey Malipot’s stirring vocals. Fr. Aquino also took a brief moment to promote “Empty Boat, Full Nets: An Anthology of Homilies”, which won the “Best Book in Homiletics” at the 14th Cardinal Sin Catholic Book Awards.
Winners of the interactive games held during the event’s Facebook Live broadcast via the JesCom (facebook.com/jescomph) and JOSH (facebook.com/joshaddtocart) official pages, were treated to awesome giveaways, that included Lauds and Dwells God CDs, and St. Ignatius statues.
